Ever wondered, what would a visually perfect world look like?

It would be a harmonious symphony of intentional design where every element serves both function and beauty. In this world, visual communication would transcend language barriers through thoughtfully crafted symbols and spaces, creating intuitive understanding and seamless experiences.

Colors would carry meaning, forms would speak clearly without unnecessary complexity, and every brand, interface, and environment would strike the perfect balance between recognition and innovation.

This wouldn't just be aesthetically pleasing but deeply functional—a world where visual design naturally guides our interactions, connecting with our cognitive patterns while still delighting our senses with moments of surprise, creating a perfect alignment between what we see and what we need.

Who is Peter Serfozo?

Your source of branding and brand design knowledge

Peter Serfozo is a prominent figure in the Hungarian graphic design world. Originally trained as an engineer, he began his career as a web designer for the Walt Disney Internet Group during his university years. Later, he honed his skills by completing the typography program at MOME. Through his strategy & design studio called zwoelf, Péter has collaborated with esteemed clients such as Waberer’s, Uniqa, and OTP, among many others.

Beyond transforming clients’ ideas into visual creations, Péter is deeply committed to sharing his expertise with others.

I grew up in a creative environment as a child. My parents looked for solutions that were beyond the possibilities of the limitations of socialism, whether it was in furniture, interior design, utensils, or clothes. They wanted better quality than what was available in the stores or that they could afford.

They bridged this gap with a creativity that stuck with them day after day, year after year. By my early adulthood, the need for a beautiful visual environment continued to grow, which is why I drifted into a career in graphic design and typography. Today, this need has grown into a belief, a belief that helps me to ensure that not only is the visual culture of my own environment in order, but also that of my immediate and even distant surroundings. This is what my team and I do at zwoelf and why brandguide was created: so that we can have an even greater impact on this change. We may be on the right track, but there is still work to be done...

I live in Etyek with my wife Gabi and our son Jonatán. We walk our dog Manka a lot. I like gardening, woodwork, creating with my hands, and digital art. Cycling is also important for me. The farthest I've gone on two wheels is Rome, and my daily record is 320 km.
